We apply the same amount of detail to preparing the delivery of our final customer wedding package as we do to everything that has gone before. We have now revamped our customer plastic-free packaging to keep it in line with not only the natural style of our photography, but we have also tried to keep it consistent with the eco-friendly packaging that comes with our fine art wedding albums. The package is sent first class recorded delivery to our customers approximately three weeks after their wedding day and hopefully the package they receive (with a few hidden extras) helps keep that feel-good wedding vibe alive when it arrives in their hands the next day.
In addition to our new packaging, we have also made improvements to the process of completing our booking form, sending of receipts and ordering prints from our website which is all now done entirely electronically so hopefully more convenient for our customers all round.
